All four platforms can play Pokemon Gold and Silver. The computer versions are easier to back up and use with keyboard shortcuts, while Android is better suited to portable play.

Its included starter checks what Gen2Recomp needs and guides the first setup. Mac also has a guided starter, while Linux needs a few manual steps first.
Android works on a phone or tablet, but save backups and app updates can differ between devices. Protect progress before reinstalling.
Not ready for normal download
The current release does not include a ready-to-use file for either platform, so this website does not present them as supported downloads.
